Life in itself brings a daily invitation. Arrive, awake, clear out accumulated energies such as physical pain, trauma, grief & loss to wholly embody with a fresh beginning.

Utilizing tools for grounding into the feet, legs & pelvis we will create a foundation to connect and stabilize. Our spine is the axis and a tool to connect us into our upper body to receive the gift of levity from the sky above. Together, we will explore how to Connect these pathways, of ground & skyward energies and increase the body’s capacity .

Using Somatic explorations we will develop our listening, focus and attention skills. Developing these skills, increases our potential and vibrancy to expand and deepen into the body, to encounter more of life’s encounters with Embodied Grounded Grace.

This 45m interActive discussion and demonstration, Vicchi will bring forth the concept of Universal Life-Giving Force Energy (UL-GFE), the energy that emanates and enlivens all of Life, what Universal Life-Giving Force Energy can be used for, why it is good to understand and access UL-GFE and how to cultivate, maintain and self-express through this living profound energy.

There is a 10m guided Yoga Nidra exercise/meditation that helps to connect and build Universal Life Force Energy, the energy that emanates creation into existence.
